Paper Submission
All manuscripts will be screened for scope, guideline compliance, and originality, then assigned to track chairs and at least two independent reviewers.
Please submit your papers through our online submission system. Papers should be prepared using the standard conference format (Word, Latex) or, when working in Overleaf, the template is available at https://www.overleaf.com/gallery/tagged/ieee-official. Papers must be a minimum of 6 pages in length. An additional page fee will be charged for any submission exceeding 10 pages.
Online Submission SystemSubmissions will be checked for plagiarism and academic misconduct in accordance with IEEE publication policies. Accepted papers must be revised as requested, meet publication standards, and be presented by a registered author.
